Just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with the young men who came to fit our vinyl in our kitchen on Mon 3rd october. They arrived promptly on time, declined a drink and just wanted to get on with the job. in just over on hour they had taken the old carpet up moved the cooker, washer, fridge and freezer and fitted the new vinyl plus special door matting and everthing back in place. Floormaster and Steve, the fitter, did a fantastic job on my lounge, hall, kitchen and loo. The laminate looked fabulous and we are over the moon. We didn't have to lift a finger as Steve did it all, removing and disposing of the old flooring and moving all the furniture. We recently bought a carpet from Floormaster and were impressed at every stage including the help and advice given by the sales staff, the prompt visit to measure up and just 2 days later a call to say the carpet had arrived. It was fitted the following day at the exact time promised and looks great. Everything happened in less than a week. Great personal and attentive service all round.
